Noreen Rice Forest - Oil Pastel on Paper Rice has exhibited in Ireland since the late 1950's and is associated with fellow artists Dillon, Campbell and Armstrong. Working mostly in pastel and oil paint she creates dreamy, poetic images that draw inspiration from Celtic mythology.
